This class is a fantastic! While learning the technique of boxing you will also be doing lots of abs and core work. We do from time to time incorporate steps to add in that extra burn.
FULL BODY CIRCUIT
Full body circuit targets every major muscle in your body. This short, powerful workout is perfect for when you're short on time and want to get the most out of your workout.
THE WORKS
Designed to maximise calorie and fat-burn by mixing between cardio rounds and resistance rounds. This class will also sculpt, strengthen and increase energy.
HATHA BEGINNERS YOGA
A beginners dynamic flowing practice that stretches, strengthens and tones the entire body. Moving between stronger standing postures that allow you to reroot, ground and centre to exploring postures that will generate expansion and ease in the body.
POWER ZONE
Power Zone is a new and exclusive, super high energy class, carefully created by Kerry's Fitness. It fuses together a mixture of cardio, boxing and strength training - an exciting combination of high intensity workouts that will focus on every muscle, push you to your limits and will leave you feeling ultimately energised!

Interval training workout using kettlebells, resistance bands & weights.
STRENGTH N' TONE
Resistance training with body weight and explosive movements.
