Our pre-natal  specialist is fully licensed in both pre and post natal exercise. During your pregnancy we will  develop effective and safe exercises to keep you and your baby healthy both mentally and physically. Our exercises are focused around boosting your body confidence whilst working on your strength, flexibility, stamina and energy. By your third trimester, we will focus in on your core and pelvic floor muscles to help minimise the after effects of birth. We have found that our pre natal regime will encourage and motivate you to stick with fitness post natal, so that we can regain your pre baby body safely!
