Our small group strength sessions use progressive overload and structured programming to help you build total-body strength safely and effectively. Each training block follows a specific plan with clear progression, allowing you to gradually increase resistance, volume, or intensity while tracking your improvements. These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to learn how to lift properly, with a strong focus on fundamental compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows. Fully coached in a supportive environment, sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including those navigating through menopause. You’ll develop strong technique, build confidence with weights, and see real, measurable progress over time
